Jasmine Henczel Real Estate Sales Professional
I have been around Real Estate for a large part of my life. My Mother was half of the now legendary 'Golden Girls' Real Estate Team in Prince George. Early in my life I grew up living off the land where I quickly learned the value of a hard days work. Later on, after obtaining my Commercial Pilot Licence at the age of 21, I went on to explore the world on numerous adventures including marrying my husband in a tiny village near Mt. Everest, Nepal.
I first discovered Squamish in 2001 as a rock climber and as an Outdoor Adventure Guide where, for many years, my husband and I led our clients on multi-day adventures throughout Western Canada and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor. Seeing all that Squamish had to offer we knew immediately that this was the place we would call home. Fast forward to today where, working as a Real Estate Professional, I continue to guide people, however, instead of showing people the way on mountain trails I now them the way to their future homes.
At the core of my philosophy is hard work, constant networking, a profound understand of market conditions, a high level of professionalism, solid negotiating skills, a diverse and valuable advertising campaign, combined with open, honest and friendly communication. In the end, my goals isn't to be the #1 Real Estate Agent in Squamish, it is to be the #1 Real Estate Agent for you and your family. In Real Estate, just like guiding, the well being of my clients and their families is always my FIRST priority!
After having traveled the world over I am confident that, with its friendly people and countless lifestyle and business opportunities, there is no better place in the world to call home than Squamish. It would be pleasure for me to be a part of your future when you are ready for that next step!

Buzz Henczel
Marketing Manager. Photographer. Director of Possibilities
Buzz first discovered Squamish in 1993 when he took his first rock climbing course on the Squamish Bluffs. He graduated from Capilano College with a diploma in Outdoor Recreation and Small Business Management. After graduation Buzz continued working in the outdoors as an Outdoor Adventure Guide while still finding time to pursue his passion of world travel.
Today Buzz works with me as my Marketing Manager, Photographer, Director of Possibilities and, luckily for me, he is also my husband! He is responsible for making sure everything goes smoothly in terms of advertising your home online, in newspapers and on any and all printed materials. He is constantly following the newest and most effective trends to make sure your home is seen by the most people. Along with assisting me to stage your home and working with subcontractors he also puts out any and all fires to ensure that I can completely concentrate on helping you sell or purchase your home!
On any given day, when he is not in the office, he can be found hiking, snowboarding, taking photographs, playing guitar, rock climbing, gardening or playing with our dog Murphy. Buzz
has experienced many wonderful things in many unique places throughout
Canada and around the world but he firmly believes Squamish truly is the
best place to call home!

Murphy Team's Best Friend / R.I.P
Murphy was an 8 year old Lakeland Terrier who Buzz and I rescued. He lived in Alaska for 3 years before desperately needing to find a new home. Unfortunately Murphy passed away in July. Murphy was always making us laugh and was a constant reminder not to take life too seriously. Murphy reminded us all that, in the end, it's all about finding a good place to call home. We miss him terribly.
